In Kusadasi, your first destination, discover the narrow streets of the enchanting old town with the 17th-century Kaleici Camii Mosque. Alternatively, explore ancient Ephesus* with its famous terraced houses and immerse yourself in bygone times. The picturesque harbour town of Marmaris, situated in a bay, offers you a marina with countless yachts. Sail into the blue* from here: a traditional Turkish wooden boat will take you to small bays with secluded beaches. On Rhodes, the Palace of the Grand Master* invites you to take a tour. The Acropolis provides an amazing view of the picture-perfect village of Lindos* and from Mount Filerimos*. Its steep slopes and old mansions make the port of Simi one of the most remarkable sites in the Aegean. Try a frappe in the bay or climb the steps to the upper town of Chorio for an impressive panorama. From Heraklion, the capital of Crete, set off on a discovery tour into the island’s hinterland in an all-terrain vehicle* – enjoy the changing landscapes and magnificent views that open up to you along the way. From Katakolon, you have the opportunity to visit the sacred site of Olympia*: situated at the foot of Mount Kronos, it is still the legendary place where the Olympic flame is lit before being brought to the respective venue. The world-famous Mount Etna on Sicily, Europe’s largest active volcano, will cast a spell over you when you set off from Syracuse on an impressive scenic tour* to the crater rim. You will reach Naples, where your cruise comes to an end, via Salerno.

The centrally located Neapolis archaeological park includes the Roman amphitheatre, the Teatro Greco and the Orecchio di Dionisio, a limestone cave shaped like a human ear. The impressive cathedral of Santa Maria delle Colonne was built on the site of several temples dedicated to the goddess Athena. Thanks to this fascinating blend of ancient and baroque elements, Syracuse has earned UNESCO World Heritage status.
Breathtaking panoramas, spectacular buildings and a beautiful beach promenade: founded by the Romans, Salerno is a charming city, mainly thanks to its wonderful location on the Gulf of Salerno. The old part of town with its winding lanes, the 11th century Norman cathedral and the Castello Arechi, which offers a fantastic view over the city and the sea, are just some of the sights that await your visit.
