The Chinese metropolis Hong Kong is the starting point of this unforgettable cruise with the EUROPA 2. After two days at sea, you will reach Ho Chi Minh City, the largest city in Vietnam. You have more than one day to explore the former city of Saigon with the Jade Emperor Pagoda. A tour to the Mekong Delta along rice fields and small villages* is equally impressive. Before the EUROPA 2 continues its route the next day, you can also let yourself be initiated into the secrets of tai chi in Tao Dan Park*. As another spectacular highlight of your cruise, the former imperial city of Hue* with its magnificent buildings awaits you, which you will reach from the port in Da Nang. After a city walk through Hoi An*, it’s off to the famous Halong Bay, undoubtedly one of the most spectacular landscapes in Vietnam. In China, too, you can look forward to contrasting worlds of tradition and modernity. The EUROPA 2 will moor in Xiamen, where you will get to know the life of the former nomadic Hakka people*. Finally, a much more urban environment welcomes you in Shanghai. Look forward to the Jade Buddha Temple*, delicious Shanghai street food* and a ride on the legendary Transrapid*. Don’t miss the city at night either to enjoy the illuminated urban skyline. Your cruise with the EUROPA 2 ends the next day.
