Scotland’s cinematic scenery awaits you in the capital EDINBURGH*, in the royal summer residence Balmoral* near ABERDEEN and in the highlands* around OBAN. Get closer to the wild nature of the Orkney Islands around KIRKWALL. Go in search of a legend at Loch Ness* near ULLAPOOL and then get to know Ireland’s picturesque facets: GALWAY’S galleries or the metre-high rocky cliffs off DINGLE are impressions you can raise your glass to on a visit to the Old Midleton Whiskey Distillery* in KINSALE. The ISLES OF SCILLY owe their uniqueness to the mild climate of the Gulf Stream, just like Cornwall’s* lush meadows around FOWEY in England. In PORTSMOUTH, the choice is yours: would you prefer to gather some impressions of London* or rather explore the mysteries of Stonehenge*?   • Explore your cruise destinations on a more personal basis as a couple – ideal for all those who don’t want to be part of a group. The excursions in the programmes are accompanied by a local tour guide who will be happy to attend to your individual wishes. There will also be enough time and space for your own activities. Transfers are exclusively by private car with private drivers. Prices for solo travellers or groups of three or more are available on request.
