Altogether 36 well-designed golf holes “fight” their way through the hills of Tarragona. The respective round of golf is repeatedly surrounded and accompanied by mature trees. The fairways, which are otherwise very playable, always create opportunities to reach the target. These 27 holes are located on a high plateau close to the Atlantic Ocean. They are divided into an 18-hole and a 9-hole course. The fantastic location with ample views of the Mediterranean Sea creates a very special atmosphere. The extensive course layout alone makes it advisable to use a golf cart.General Information
- In order to guarantee a comfortable flow of play for all golfers, we have determined a basic speed, which is sufficient for a playing time of 4.5 to 5 hours on foot (covering 18 holes with a trolley).
- Due to tournaments, renovations, etc. at the various golf clubs, our Golf & Cruise programme is subject to change at short notice.
- Golf & Cruise voyages allow all players with a handicap of 36 or less to play on courses all over the world.
- Additional courses can only be booked in conjunction with the basic package.
- The reservation of e-carts cannot always be guaranteed due to local availability and weather conditions. You may, therefore, have to play and walk just with trolleys - possibly even on hilly courses. Please consider this when planning/booking your Golf & Cruise package.
- Halfway refreshments are always ordered via the respective golf club; we have no influence on the quality of the snacks. We kindly ask for your understanding.
- When booking a Golf & Cruise package and flights through Hapag-Lloyd, we will register your golf equipment directly with the airlines – when possible and required. The current baggage regulations of the relevant airline apply. In your travel documents, which you will receive about four weeks prior to departure, you will find relevant information about this. Excess baggage fees for golf equipment are normally to be paid at check-in.
- Minimum number of participants for basic packages: 12 persons.
- Minimum number of participants for additional courses: 10 persons.
- If the minimum number of participants is not reached, cancellation will occur no later than eight weeks prior to cruise departure.
- Rental clubs for right-handed and left-handed players are available on board, subject to a surcharge.
