What a way to start your holiday: your cruise starts with an overnight stay in Barcelona so that you can experience the vivacious Catalan capital to the full. Wander down the magnificent Passeig de Gracia boulevard or explore Gaudi’s masterpieces* Casa Mila and Sagrada Familia. You can also look forward to plenty of time for discoveries on Mallorca. Perhaps you would like to visit the pretty mountain village of Valldemossa in a small group* and learn more about the production of Mallorcan olive oil? Afterwards, discover Mahon, the capital of Menorca, with its fascinating history, which was shaped by the Moors and the British. Stroll along the picturesque harbour and enjoy the flair of the island. In the heart of the Costa del Sol, you will be greeted by Malaga, offering plenty of joie de vivre, Picasso’s legacy and wonderful beaches. The EUROPA then reaches Seville via the Guadalquivir – and will stay in the capital of Andalusia for two full days. Take a stroll through history on a visit to the Alcazar royal palace, follow the sounds of flamenco through the lively old town or set off on an excursion to Cordoba*: in the former caliphate, unique buildings such as the Mezquita cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, bear witness to a rich past.
