Maria Riesch will accompany you on this extraordinary expedition through the South Seas as a sports expert on board. Surrounded by pastel-coloured lagoons, lush rainforests and remote island worlds, she opens up new perspectives on exercise, performance and inner balance – far away from the classic training routine and embedded in one of the most fascinating regions on earth.
On the first day at sea, the General Expedition Manager invites you to a personal talk with the Olympic champion. In a relaxed atmosphere, she talks about her sporting career, the highs and lows of competitive sport, mental resilience and motivation, and how experiences from top-level sport can be transferred to everyday life.
