Cast off in Civitavecchia (Rome), as the EUROPA 2 sets course for enchanting Capri, magnet of the international jet set. Experience the fabulous landscape of volcanic origin on Lipari and a picturesque highlight when the EUROPA 2 cruises around Stromboli in the evening hours. Afterwards, feel the temperament of Sicily and embark on a trip to Mount Etna* or a classic car tour* in a Fiat 500 from Messina. After a relaxing day at sea, Monopoli offers you numerous opportunities for excursions in the surrounding area: stroll through Lecce*, the “Florence of the south”, or visit the extraordinary trulli – circular Apulian houses – of Alberobello*. You will then be greeted by the pearls of the Adriatic with Trogir, famous for its mixture of Renaissance, baroque and Romanesque buildings, as well as romantic Rovinj and enchanting Zadar. To round off your cruise, enjoy Korcula City, where a buggy safari* through the green and gentle hilly landscape is a must. In Dubrovnik, the EUROPA 2 bids you farewell.

The “gateway to Sicily” is home to an impressive cathedral from the twelfth century and a bell tower with the largest astronomical clock in the world. Not far away, the beautiful little town of Taormina1 with its famous ancient theatre lies at the foot of Mount Etna. Alternatively, a classic car trip1 in an original Fiat 500 takes you to the village of Savoca, one of the locations in the classic film “The Godfather”.

Your cruise will take you to Korcula, one of the most beautiful islands in Croatia, if not the most beautiful in the Mediterranean. Located in southern Dalmatia in the Adriatic Sea, it is truly spoiled by the sun. Mild climate, extensive pine forests and olive groves as well as venerable old towns make up the irresistible charm of this island. First and foremost, there is Korcula City, which lies in the island’s north-east and boasts a magnificent old town.
