The “garden island” with its diverse vegetation and waterfalls has yet another highlight in store for you: today and yesterday are only a step apart in Waiyevo, where the International Date Line runs through at 180 degrees longitude.
Relaxation at sea
Enjoy the vast expanse of the Pacific: your time at sea is perfect for relaxation, culinary delights and freedom to breathe. A double day for double the enjoyment: as you cross the Date Line heading east on 28 March, the calendar moves back a day and so this day counts twice.

See the majestic Manawaiopuna Falls, made famous by the film Jurassic Park, on the greenest of the Hawaiian islands with a scenic flight* or visit the colourful Waimea Canyon with an excursion* on land.

Welcome to Maui, known for its green volcanoes and beautiful beaches. From Kahului, the largest city and the island's economic center, the path takes you over many switchbacks up to 3,000 meters to the bizarre lunar landscape of the Haleakala Crater*. As you continue your journey, the narrow Iao Valley* appears completely different: green, fertile and full of life. Be fascinated by Maui's rushing waterfalls, secluded beaches and deep gorges.

Explore the botanic garden* with its special sloped setting which makes a perfect place for a walk and see the Akaka Falls* – which are possibly the most beautiful in the region. Or zoom through the majestic rainforest treetops with a zip-lining adventure*.

Discover Kailua-Kona, which is famous as a volcanic wonderland and for its aromatic coffee. In the historic Kona district*, visit the Kona Coffee House, St. Benedict’s Church and the Pu’uhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park.
