This cruise explores a region through its golf and certainly has plenty of potential to surprise you. Compared to the famous golfing experiences in Southern Europe, the Baltic Sea region still remains undiscovered, so playing these courses will be all the more exciting.
Sun 13.08.2023 Copenhagen, Denmark - Hørsholm Golfklub
This Danish example of a golf course, with its down-to-earth clubhouse, makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The parkland layout presents itself with 27 very different holes, which are divided into west, north and east loops. The West Course, with its medium-length fairways and partly wild nature, is one of the more pleasant options. The North Course, on the other hand, is the more leisurely and shorter course. Whereas the East Course demands its master, if only because seven of the nine fairways have clear contact with water surfaces.
Tue 15.08.2023 Klaipeda, Lithuania - National Golf Resort
Lithuania's golfing pride and joy awaits players with its expansive fairways. The relatively flat 18 holes are heavily influenced by numerous water features and hazards in some way. However, the course should still enable a positive score for players of every level. Only the 18th green with its striking island design presents a particular challenge.
Wed 16.08.2023 Riga, Latvia - Ozo Golf Club
Latvia's first 18-hole golf course offers a clear layout and very manageable lengths. Its location right on Lake Kisezers means that an impressive five holes come into contact with the water. The parkland style treats golfers to forgiving fairways that are only rarely interrupted by bunkers, so a relaxed round should result in a positive score.
